Apexx is a family-owned and operated disability support service proudly serving Geelong and the surrounding communities. Founded by Jake and Sarah, Apexx was created from both professional expertise and deeply personal experience. With over 15 years of combined work in the disability sector—alongside a lifetime of lived experience—they bring a unique, genuine understanding of the challenges, gaps, and opportunities within support services.
Recognising that many existing approaches lacked flexibility, individuality, and true person-centred care, Jake and Sarah set out to do things differently. Apexx was built on a clear vision: to redefine what quality support looks like by placing people—not systems—at the centre of everything.
Our mission is to empower people with disabilities to reach the apex of equality, self-determination, and quality of life. We achieve this by delivering supports that are not only high-quality, but also flexible, responsive, and tailored to each individual’s goals, preferences, and lifestyle.
